At Erebus Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Erebus

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
